Admission Eligibility and Condition to Apply

  1. Eligibility for admission to Bachelor of Education [BEd], Bachelor of Physical Education [BPEd], Bachelor of Madrasah Education [BMEd], Bachelor of Special Education [BSEd] in the Educational Year 2020:
  • For teachers having deputation from Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Authority: Instead of applying through the NU official website, interested candidates have to complete the admission process in the respective Government Training College from where they have got the deputation from 3rd November to 17th November.
  • For other candidates without having deputation: Interested candidates have to pass 3 years Graduation (Pass)/ (Honours) or 4 years Graduation (Honours) complete from National University or any UGC approved university with at least 45% marks in the old system or at least GPA of 2.25 in the grading and credit system.
  • Eligibility for admission to [BPEd], [BMEd], and [BSEd]: Interested candidates have to pass 3 years Graduation (Pass)/ (Honours) or 4 years Graduation (Honours) complete from National University or any UGC approved university with at least 45% marks in the old system or at least GPA of 2.25 in the grading and credit system.
  • BPEd course applicants’ age must not be more than 35 years. However, teachers’ age of 40 maximum is applicable.

Eligibility for admission to Masters of Education [MEd] course in Education Year 2020: Interested candidates have to pass BEd/ BMEd from NU with at least 45% marks in the old system or at least GPA of 2.25 in the grading and credit system.

Eligibility for admission to Masters of Special Education [MSEd] course in Education Year 2020: Interested candidates have to pass BSEd/ BEd/ BMEd from National University with at least 45% marks in the old system or at least GPA of 2.25 in the grading and credit system.

Eligibility for admission to Masters of Physical Education [MPEd] course in Education Year 2020: Interested candidates have to pass the BPEd exam from National University within 2016 to 2019 with at least 45% marks in the old system or at least GPA of 2.25 in the grading and credit system.

Eligibility for admission to Bachelor of Law [LLB] final part in Education Year 2018-19: Interested candidates have to pass LLB first part exam from National University within 2015 to 2018 with at least 40% marks in the old system or at least GPA of 2.00 in the grading and credit system.
